Restoration of run down Victorian to its former glory. Seismic upgrades included new foundation, plywood shear walls, and structural steel moment frames. This project was stripped to the studs, new electrical wiring, plumbing, insulation and sheetrock were installed, then period crown moldings, baseboards, doors and the original refurbished fireplaces were installed. Exterior details were preserved and duplicated to retain the original design.
