This eight week cosmetic remodel consisted of remodeling the kitchen, two bathrooms, converting an old back porch into a laundry room off the kitchen, adding a new gas fireplace, repairing the rear stairs with new P.T. stringers, redwood treads and guardrails, replacing several windows and doors, refinishing hardwood floors, new cabinetry, caesarstone countertops, porcelain tiles, nu-heat under floor heat mats in the bathrooms, crown moldings, and new painting of the interior.
